Curriculum codes
Every content descriptor in Docent is stored under a canonical internal code that encodes the framework, subject, year level, strand, and sequence number. For example, AU-ACARA-V9-MA-Y3-N-01 maps directly to the official ACARA code AC9M3N01 (Year 3 Maths, Number strand, first descriptor). The prefix segments are: Country · Framework-Version · Subject · YearLevel · Strand · Sequence. Mastery records, worksheet banks, and compliance documents are all keyed on this internal code, making cross-framework alignment possible as new curricula are added.
