UK — LA Registration Letter (CW&S Act 2025)

Generates a formal letter to your Local Authority notifying them of your decision to Electively Home Educate (EHE) under Section 7 of the Education Act 1996, as amended by the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Act 2025 (Royal Assent 29 April 2026). The letter includes suitability evidence demonstrating that your child's education is as regular and efficient as schooling.

The document is bound to a cryptographic telemetry hash at generation time so an LA assessor can verify it has not been altered.
