India — DigiLocker KYC
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, parents registering students on Docent must verify their identity using DigiLocker — India's official digital document wallet operated by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
Linking your DigiLocker account allows Docent to confirm your name, date of birth and Aadhaar-verified identity without storing your Aadhaar number directly. You will be redirected to the DigiLocker portal to grant consent, then returned to Docent.
