Programme rules

• Both referrer and new family must be on a paid plan for at least 7 days before credits are issued.
• Credits expire after 12 months from the date of issue.
• Maximum 10 referrals per account per year (A$200 maximum credit).
• Credits apply to Docent subscriptions only — not exam prep add-ons or tutoring packs.

Frequently asked questions

When will I get my credit?

Within 14 days of the referred family's first successful invoice. You'll see the credit applied automatically on your next billing cycle.

Can I refer a business or school?

Yes — B2B referrals (schools, co-ops, tutor centres) earn A$100 credit when the organisation activates a paid plan. Contact us at partnerships@docent.academy to track a B2B referral.

What if the referred family cancels?

Credits are forfeited if either the referrer or the referred family cancels their plan within 7 days of the credit being issued.
